These release notes include all changes for Analytics customers since version 4.0.37.20. Some changes apply to features not available to Network customers.

Below is a summary of the major changes in this release.

PulseIQ can now receive designs that were loaded in the embroidery machine's memory.

Upload a machine firmware file in Machine Settings and push it to your machines through MachineLink. This feature is only available to Tajima machine technicians.

Machines using the Tajima Connect protocol require a security certificate update each year. New features in the PulseIQ Administrator will alert you when a new security certificate is available and let you update the security certificate for all machines. Machines must be powered on and at the home screen. It updates the security certificate across all connected machines at once and notifies you when a certificate needs updating.

The following default settings have been changed in DataSync:

Communication Type - The default setting is now Auto.

The following default settings have been changed in MachineLink:

Ignore Design List Request - The default setting is now No.

Notifications now go out when a customer's Tajima Connect security certificate is about to expire.

Improvements in the mobile application login page when working with password managers.

Updated French, Italian, Japanese, and Chinese (Simplified & Traditional) translations.

Various security patches have been applied.

An issue has been resolved in the /Designs/CreateDesignsFromFile and Designs/CreateDesignsFromUrl endpoints where consecutive thread colors containing the same threads would set the colors of the design incorrectly.

Changes have been applied to improve the stability of DataSync and MachineLink.

DataSync will not stop if it is incompatible with the version of the PulseIQ Admin.

View Events now works with very large event-log volumes.

Design-complete events now include the stitch count for Machine Library machines.

Fixes to guard against loss of real-time data.

Resolved an intermittent issue that required the DataSync to be restarted after installation to sync production data.

Connect events no longer log in a previously logged-out user.

Fixed an issue where the user couldn't create an Operator with a linked User Account.

Fixed an error saving designs whose name contains a [ character.

Design thumbnails now display for design names containing special characters.

After colorizing a design, the designer now shows the updated colors instead of the originals.

Issues have been resolved relating to notifications not being sent for idle time and total stitches.

Presser Foot and i-TM tension settings are no longer removed from files downloaded to Tajima machines.

Delete after download now works for machine library-based machines.

Fixed an issue where users couldn't add a design to the machine queue in the mobile application.
